On The Cover

The Savoy table lamps from the Hunter Lighting Group display a dramatic finish – an Ebony weathered faux leather with an alligator texture is wrapped over a porcelain body. A five-step hand-painting process, which includes gold-leafing and chemical antiquing, creates the copper accents. The lamp in the foreground stands 26½ inches high and has a fabric, square bell shade.

Next Month in Home Lighting & Accessories

The next time you specify an undercabinet light or a recessed fixture, check those lamping specifications again. They could be LEDs! Technology is changing as demands for energy savings and performance increase, and you don’t want to be left out. The upcoming Lightfair International will showcase leading-edge products, and our preview will serve as a handy reference to what’s ahead.
